I had a well-equipped and a nice size room to stay, it was complete with comfortable beds and aircon, for example. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available. The location of the hotel was best possible - relatively close 

Lovely little hotel with exceptionally helpful team at the reception desk. Peaceful super central location, very close to the Trevi Fountain and the centre of Rome. Also, easy access to a late Medieval square.  

The location was particularly good in the area around Trevi and the staff here was excellent and efficient. And we were just off Very close to the Fountain of Trevi, lovely restaurants & cafés on the street, and sites 

Beautifully designed hotel in Rome with excellent staff at the reception desk. Freshly cooked selection for breakfast with meats and cheeses, for instance.

What a quaint hotel with amicable staff at the reception desk! Central location, relatively near a white marble memorial monument.

They serve fresh and plentiful breakfasts for all tastes with pastries and hot drinks.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to restaurants and within walking distance of most everything historic. The staff was very helpful in printing off tickets for me to the sights and 

The location of the hotel is excellent. The ambiance in the rooms we stayed in was very pleasant. The hotel staff was resourceful, helpful and really did their best.

The quality of some of the room facilities is quiet disappointing although it looks that the hotel was renovated in recent years .

Location, Staff

Room was too hot, opening balcony door too loud, need to upgrade the linens and towels. Lush pillows and duvets would do a lot to add to the luxury/comfort of the hotel. Internet never worked.

Key location near Trevi Fountain and Rome's main attractions. Early check-in and clean, comfortable room with air conditioning. Good continental breakfast.

Small room with outdated furniture. Inconsistent cleanliness throughout the hotel, strange smell in some areas.

The location was fantastic. Easy walk to a good number of attractions. Day receptionist was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgable.

No wifi. Tv access to the Internet was difficult if not impossible to use. Breakfast was passable. This sounds picky but there are no tissues in the room which surprised me for a 4 star hotel. Don't even think about driving a car to this location, parking impossible and garage parking very expensive.

The perfect location in the centre of the city, the nice room with a classic superior interior, good breakfast

The bathroom was nice but after taking a shower, the floor was all wet due to poor sealing of the bathtub. Also dust in certain parts of the room. But still a nice hotel with a luxury atmosphere due to the interior.

Charming hotel in a vibrant location. Close to major tourist sites and plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms with helpful staff. The front desk gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.- Breakfast was basic but good. We loved exploring the local bakeries 

Location is the best,very helpful staff and delicious breakfast.Cosy,clean and comfortable rooms with a street view.We had a grate tame!
